Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes — walk-ins are welcome every day at our Cordova clinic, and you can also book online to save your spot. Most visits are same-day.
Where are you located and what areas do you serve?
We're at 1204 N Houston Levee Rd, Suite 114, Cordova, TN 38018 — serving Cordova, Memphis, Germantown, Collierville, Millington, Bartlett, Lakeland and Arlington.
Do you have X-rays on-site?
Yes. We offer on-site digital X-rays for chest, ankle, wrist, knee, spine, foot, hand, shoulder and more — read the same day, no separate imaging center visit needed.
Do you offer STD testing and drug testing?
Yes — confidential STD panels, rapid COVID-19, flu, strep and RSV tests, plus urine drug screening and breath alcohol testing for individuals and employers.
Can I get stitches or minor procedures here?
Yes. We handle laceration repair (stitches), abscess drainage (I&D), EKG, IV hydration, ingrown toenail removal, skin tag and foreign body removal, ear wax removal, and splinting.
Do you do DOT, sports and school physicals?
Yes — DOT physicals (by our COHC-certified provider), plus sports, school, college, work and pre-employment physicals, usually same day.
Do you accept insurance?
We accept most major insurance plans, and we also publish transparent self-pay prices so you always know your cost up front.
Do you offer medical weight loss or GLP-1 programs?
Yes — medically supervised weight-loss programs including Semaglutide and Tirzepatide, with nutrition coaching and body composition analysis.
Do you treat children and families?
Yes — we care for both children and adults, so the whole family can be seen in one place for illnesses, injuries, physicals and more.
How long is the typical wait to be seen?
Most patients are seen within about 15 to 30 minutes. Booking online or pre-registering before you arrive helps you get in and out even faster.
How much does a visit cost if I don't have insurance?
We publish transparent self-pay prices for every service, so you always know your cost up front — and new patients get $25 off their first sick visit. See our full price list for details.
Are you open on weekends?
Yes — we're open seven days a week: Monday–Friday 8am–7pm and Saturday–Sunday 9am–5pm, so you can be seen evenings and weekends without an appointment.
When should I go to urgent care instead of the ER?
Urgent care is the faster, more affordable choice for non-life-threatening problems — fevers, infections, flu, sprains, cuts and minor injuries. For chest pain, trouble breathing, signs of stroke, or serious trauma, call 911 or go to the nearest ER.
